What is my fitness philosophy?

                Over the years I have realized there are a few key ingredients that led a person to success. The first being consistency, this is important because it leads to a change in behavior that often lasts a lifetime. Many people find themselves on and off at the gym, or with their eating habits. This can lead to undesired results, so building a base of consistency is the first step in reaching goals. The second being enjoyment. Exercise is fun: it’s an outlet for extra energy, and can energize a person during the long workday.  It can take a person time to realize what they’re doing is paying off, but learning to enjoy the process will leave you looking forward to get your workout in. Lastly, knowledge is a large player in success. Personal trainers are a great source for knowledge that will get you past plateaus and keep you safe during your fitness journey.  When these ingredients are combined it leads to lifestyle changes, an increase in self-efficacy, and safely achieving results that can last a lifetime.

Education provides the building blocks of change. Don't let yourself fall behind, pursue the knowledge necessary to achieve new heights!
